Love this company! We have a dog that has some quirks and this company does a fantastic job catering to him. They are great with scheduling and very responsive. We've been customers for years and are so grateful to have found this great team of pet lovers

We really appreciate the daily updates from you with photos -- they are very reassuring and allow us to have fun while we are gone without worrying tooooooo much about the kitties. Ewa is the best dog walker I have EVER had. So much so that when I moved a few years back, I factored her walking territory into my move. My dog can be a bit anxious and she's amazing with him. Plus her post dog walking updates always give me a chuckle(ie: "Apollo met a girl today" with a picture attached).Couldn't recommend Ewa and the Metropawlitan crew enough for your fur babies mid-day needs.

Everyone I’ve interacted with has been top-notch. Jude, the owner, came over for the first time to meet our dog. I was impressed with her work ethic and her interpersonal skills. The dog walkers themselves have been wonderful. They’re very good with our elderly dog and diligent in sending us updates and photos after every walk. There are many dog walking companies in the area and I feel fortunate to have found Metropawlitan.

I cannot say enough about Metropawlitan and their staff! This is the first puppy I have needed a walking service for and reviewing several options. I took a leap of faith with this team. They have exceeded my expectations with professionalism, reliability and care for my puppy. Whenever I have a question, I am responded to quickly. My puppy was sick, they rushed her to my vet for me to meet them. I needed Someone to come and sit with her when she couldn't go out, not a problem! Isabelle has been our caretaker (walker is not a proper description, she does so much) My puppy is so excited to see her, will wait by the door for her if I am teleworking, and loves up on Isabelle upon her arrival. I know she is loved and in good hands. I only rate 5 stars because there is not a 6th, 7th or 8th!

We have used Metropawlitan Petsitters many times, for short and extended periods of time. Jude and her team are highly responsive, professional and treat our pets like family. I work full time from home and have for many many years so the pets are not accustomed to being left alone. We always request overnight pet sitting along with mid day visits. We've had several different sitters over the past few years and each one has been extraordinary. When we return the animals are calm and content. They are happy to see us but they do not seem upset that we were away. The cost is comparable to the fees charged by kennels and catteries. Plus being able to keep our pets in our home and not stress them by going to a kennel reduces anxiety for us all. We fully trust Jude and her team members. We can travel with complete confidence that our pets are in safe hands.
